To qualify, your referral must use your unique referral link to sign up, and they must complete a purchase via Hoopla. The bonus will be paid out every quarter with your Hoopla cashback earnings (more on that later).

How Hoopla Works
Hoopla is a shopping portal that offers up to 100% cashback, along with coupon codes, deals, and promo codes. Here’s how it works:
1. Sign Up
Register for a free Hoopla account to get started. You will need to enter your personal account information as well as your PayPal or Venmo information, depending on how you want to get paid. You can also opt into the newsletter for regular updates about deals, promotions, and announcements.
2. Shop
Once you have a Hoopla account, you can start shopping. Simply navigate to the Hoopla website. You can browse featured specials, search for stores within a category, or you can head straight to a retailer by using the search box. To make it even simpler, select your favorite shops and place them into your favorite merchants list.
Daily deals are listed in a separate tab on the top of the page, including a section for promotions ending that day. Hoopla partners with merchants to create exclusive coupons just for members, so you won’t be able to get a better deal elsewhere.

3. Get Paid
Hoopla pays out via check, Venmo or PayPal every quarter:

To get paid, you must have a minimum of $5 in cash back for Venmo or Paypal, and a $10 minimum for paper checks. If you didn’t reach the minimum for the quarter, your cash back carries over into the following payment period.

Hoopla Doopla is a SCAM! They will never give you the cashback owed to you and make up some random excuse blaming the merchant etc. I had taken screenshots of every single piece of evidence including purchase time, amount, store details etc. I went back and forth around 12 times with their customer support with all this evidence and yet they refused to pay.
Do not use Hoopla Doopla if you value your sanity and want to keep your stress levels in check!
