About The Contest
Eligibility: The Wealthfront Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and Guam, who are 18 years old or the age of majority (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi), whichever is older, as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Wealthfront Corporation (“Sponsor”) and Sync Marketing LLC (“Administrator”), or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements and meeting all conditions and restrictions set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winner.
How to Enter: The Sweepstakes starts on January 19, 2023 at 12:00am Pacific Standard Time and ends on February 18, 2023 at 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). A winner will be selected on or about February 21, 2023. There are ways to enter and to earn bonus entries with or without a Wealthfront Cash Account.

Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded (the “Prize”). The Prize will consist of a cash prize of twenty-five thousand U.S. dollars ($25,000). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $25,000.
