Promotion Dates: Registration begins at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/1/2023 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on 2/12/2023 (the “Promotion Period”). The Instant Win game begins at 12:00:01am ET on 1/1/2023 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on 2/12/2023. Registration for the national and regional sweepstakes drawings (see below) begins at 12:00:01am ET on 1/1/2023 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on 2/6/2023.

Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the winner and one guest (21 years of age or older) to Phoenix, AZ scheduled to take place February 11, 2023 through February 13, 2023. The grand prize has a maximum retail value not to exceed $18,000, and includes:
● Round-trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to Phoenix, AZ (PHX). Actual departure date, times, airline and airports based upon availability and shall be solely determined by Sponsor (scheduled travel dates: 2/11/2023 – 2/13/2023).
o NOTE: If winner resides within 250-miles of Phoenix, AZ, Sponsor reserves the right to award a $500.00 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation.
● Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in Phoenix, AZ area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor, scheduled for 2/11/2023 – 2/13/2023 (2-nights).
● One (1) $10,000 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider toward the purchase of football tickets to the winner’s game of choice. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider;
· One (1) $500 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider toward ground transportation and incidentals. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider.
Regional First Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The regional first prize winner will receive a prize package for two (2) for the winner and one guest (age 21 years of age or older) scheduled to take place February 11, 2023 through February 13, 2023. The grand prize has a maximum retail value not to exceed $13,500, and includes:
● Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in Phoenix, AZ area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor, scheduled for 2/11/2023 – 2/13/2023 (2-nights).
● One (1) $10,000 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider toward the purchase of football tickets to the winner’s game of choice. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider;
· One (1) $500 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider toward ground transportation and incidentals. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider.
Regional Second Prize Awards (maximum 10 prize awards): Each regional second prize winner will receive one (1) $100 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider toward fan gear of the winner’s choice. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all available second prize awards: $1,000.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL NATIONAL PRIZES AVAILABLE: $28,000. TOTAL ARV OF ALL REGIONAL (ARIZONA) PRIZES COMBINED: $14,500.
