CrowdStreet is a commercial real estate crowdfunding platform that allows accredited investors to add real estate projects to their portfolios, from specific building projects to managed funds. How CrowdStreet Works
A crowdfunding platform, CrowdStreet connects developers and builders who need funding with investors looking to make money on commercial real estate projects. Offerings can include shares in an opportunity zone fund to equity in a new mixed-used development.
After a project is submitted, CrowdStreet’s executive and fund management teams thoroughly vet the developer and the project to ensure the investment meets stringent criteria, including background and reference checks. More than 95% of project applications don’t make the final cut.
