BBVA Build My Savings Bonus

So here’s a quick summary of how this works. You open a checking account and a savings account with BBVA. Set up automatic/reoccurring transfers of at least $25 from your checking account to your savings account each month. BBVA will match a small percentage of your transfer (1%) and deposit it into your Savings account. The bonus maximum is $50/year or $25/6-months.
Important details:
- You’ll need to open a BBVA consumer checking account (e.g. BBVA Free Checking) and a Build My Savings account.
- The recurring automatic transfer must be at least $25 from your checking to savings account.
- You select how long you want your bonus plan to last (6 or 12 months).
- Transfer can be monthly, twice monthly, weekly, or every other week.
- The match is determined by Opening Balance, Transfer Amount, and plan Term. Use the calculator at the link below to see how the match bonus works.
- You’ll get your Match Bonus within 30 calendar days following the end of your plan term.
- At the end of your plan, your account will convert to a BBVA Savings Account
