Bank of America stopped accepting applications for the old Amtrak Guest Rewards credit card last year.
Amtrak has chosen First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) to give existing credit card holders a new credit card program and service.
The new Amtrak Guest Rewards Mastercard, which used to be called the Amtrak Guest Rewards Platinum Mastercard, will still not have any fees. The Amtrak Guest Rewards Preferred Mastercard, which used to be called the Amtrak Guest Rewards World Mastercard, will now have an annual fee of $99.
