This Just In: Dell Cancels XBOX Gift Card Orders

Dell has a reputation for canceling orders, especially for XBOX gift card codes. Starting today, people are reporting that the XBOX gift card codes delivered to their Dell digital locker have been canceled. This applies to orders from months back, including purchases paid by canceled credit cards.

Xbox gift cards are a popular way for American Express Business Platinum cardholders to use their $400 in annual Dell statement credits. We’ve been suggesting cardholders use your $400 Dell.com credit on Xbox Gift Card purchases for some time now. With Xbox eGift cards, cardholders can get something that can store value and be redeemed for Microsoft store credit, which is more useful than Dell credits.

But it appears many people’s purchases have been canceled, starting today. If you purchased these gift cards, check your email to see if it has been canceled.
