About The Contest
To enter the Starbucks Summer Game 2023 without making a purchase, all you have to do is watch a 30-second video. Simply visit the official Starbucks website or download the Starbucks mobile app, where you’ll find a dedicated section for the Summer Game. Click on the alternative entry option, and you’ll be directed to a short video advertisement. After watching the video, you’ll be entered into the game, making you eligible to win exciting prizes.
Prizes
Sweepstakes Prizes: TEN (10) GRAND PRIZES: A trip for two (2) to a city of winner’s choice from
the following list: https://stories.starbucks.com/stories/2023/unique-starbucks-destinations-aroundthe-world/. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major
airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the selected location;
five (5) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room,
double occupancy); ground transportation and from destination airport and hotel; and $2,000
spending money.
Each Grand Prize winner will also be provided with a single cash payment in the form of a corporate
check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related
to the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $5,276.00.
The Grand Prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the Grand Prize could exceed the Tax
Gross-Up Payment. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state,
or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize.

Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of Instant Win prizes available
divided by the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays. Limit: one (1) third prize, one (1) fifth
prize, one (1) sixth prize, one (1) twelfth prize, and one (1) thirteenth prize, per person during the
Promotion Period; one (1) fourth prize, one (1) seventh prize, one (1) eighth prize, one (1) ninth
prize, one (1) tenth prize, one (1) eleventh prize per person per day; and one (1) fourteenth prize
per person from May 15, 2023 at 4:00 a.m. PT and May 21, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT and one (1)
fourteenth prize per person per day from May 22, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. PT and June 18, 2023 at
11:59 p.m. PT.

apply. Stars accumulated under the Starbucks Rewards loyalty program are promotional and have
no cash value; Bonus Stars awarded in this Promotion have value in the Starbucks Rewards loyalty
program when awarded. No cash equivalent unless required by law and all prizes are nontransferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component for one of equal or
greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are
responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. TOTAL ARV OF ALL
