What Is The Hilton Head Health Story Contest?
The Hilton Head Health Story Contest invites returning and prospective guests to submit an original essay or video about their wellness journey. Entries are judged in a Returning Guest category and a Future Guest category during three monthly entry periods.
One winner from each category will be selected for each monthly entry period, creating six opportunities to win a seven-night Hilton Head Health Experience.

- End date: November 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET
- Eligibility: Legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old

- Create either an original essay of no more than 500 words or an original video of yourself lasting no more than 90 seconds.
- Choose the Returning Guest category to explain how Hilton Head Health affected your life and why you want to return, or choose the Future Guest category to describe why you need a wellness reset.
- Complete the online entry form and submit your essay or video according to the instructions.
- Limit one entry per entrant. Only the first complete entry received from an entrant is eligible.
- Review the Hilton Head Health Story Contest official rules before entering.

- Six winners will each receive a seven-night, Sunday-to-Sunday stay at Hilton Head Health in a Comfort King Room.
- Each experience includes daily meals, healthy snacks, access to the onsite beverage station and programming with more than 50 group fitness and educational classes.
- ARV of each prize: $4,500.
- Total ARV of all six prizes: $27,000.
- Transportation to and from Hilton Head Health is not included, and each stay must be completed by December 31, 2027, subject to availability and blackout dates.
