How SpotHero Works
Follow these simple steps to book your parking space on SpotHero:
- Go to the SpotHero homepage.
- In the search box, select hourly, monthly or airport parking.
- Enter the address, place, city or venue.
- Click “Search.”
On the subsequent page, you’ll find your search results. You have the option to edit the date and time you need the parking space.
When you reserve your space, SpotHero will email you a “parking pass” to show when you arrive. You can enter at any time after the start time listed on your reservation, and you can depart any time before the end time indicated. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, your pass also lists the facility address, photos of the facility, steps to redeem your pass and more.
Should you need to cancel, you can do so up until the minute of your reservation to get a full refund. That’s a pretty generous cancellation policy.
SpotHero Prices
SpotHero offers discounted parking – up to 60% off – because they partner with parking garages and owners to fill empty spots. While this means lower prices for you, it also means you don’t have as many options.
