Earning ReceiptPal Rewards
ReceiptPal lets you earn points that you can exchange for gift cards, as well as other ways to unlock rewards:
Your First 1,050 Points
When you start off with ReceiptPal, you can easily earn 1,000 points by completing the following:
- 650 points for connecting your email address. The app will scan through your emails and validate any recent e-receipts they find.
- 300 points for linking your Amazon account. ReceiptPal will validate any receipts here as well.
- 100 points for taking a quick demographic survey.
Uploading Receipts
This is ReceiptPal’s bread and butter. Earn points simply by uploading receipts from ANY store. With other receipt-scanning apps, you’re limited to select retailers.
Earn 25 points for every receipt you upload. For four receipts, you’ll get 100 points plus a “Point Card.” New members can earn a maximum of five Point Cards on the day you join. After that, the maximum you can earn is three Point Cards per week.
For a receipt to be considered valid, the uploaded photo must clearly show the store name, purchase date and purchase amount. Your points are automatically loaded to your account once the receipt has been approved, up to 24 hours for photo receipts and 72 hours for e-receipts.
Bonus Games
When you upload four receipts, you not only unlock one Point Card, you also unlock a bonus game where you’ll earn additional points (or extra sweepstakes entries) for winning. You’re allowed a maximum of five bonus games every week.
Sweepstakes Entries
Enter in the ReceiptPal sweepstakes for the opportunity to win even more rewards. There are three sweepstakes draws per week, and every validated receipt counts as an entry. It costs nothing to enter, and cash prizes average $250.
Referrals
Once in awhile, ReceiptPal will offer a referral program for a limited time. At the time of writing, you’ll get 250 points when a friend signs up with your unique invite link and connects their email. Each of your referrals will enjoy a 250-point bonus for registering. You can earn a maximum of 6,250 points in one month for referrals.

Redeeming ReceiptPal Rewards
Exchange your ReceiptPal points for gift cards with popular retailers, such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart and many others. Redemption rates are divided into different levels:
