About The Contest
The Pepsi All In For Crunchtime Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Pepsi-Cola Company (“Sponsor”), 700 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, New York 10577 and is administered by Clarus Commerce LLC, (“Administrator”), Two Towne Square, Suite 200, Southfield, MI 48076.PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion consists of an “Instant Win Game” and a “Sweepstakes.” The Promotion begins on December 15, 2022 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 14, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). The Instant Win Game runs the entire length of the Promotion Period and the Sweepstakes runs from December 15, 2022 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on January 31, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam, who are at least eighteen (18) years old (nineteen [19] in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one [21] in Mississippi) and have a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID at the time of entry.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
To participate in the Promotion, eligible entrants must obtain a promo code (“Promo Code”) via the following methods:
A. Make a Purchase: During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may purchase at least
one (1) qualifying specially marked Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos, Ruffles, Cheetos, or qualifying
Pepsi, Mtn Dew, bubly, Starry, Lipton, Manzanita Sol, Brisk product (see Appendix for list
of participating products) at participating retailer stores (“Qualifying Purchase”), while
supplies last and locate the promo code (“Promo Code”) on your Qualifying Purchase.
Specially marked Frito-Lay participating products will have a combined code (“Combined
Code”). A Combined Code consists of the bell-marker code located below the “guaranteed
fresh” statement on the front of the bag and the UPC code on the back of the same bag
(herein also referred to as a “Promo Code”). Not all products available in all areas.
B. Without a Purchase:
i. Mail-in Promo Code Request: To obtain a Promo Code without making a
purchase from December 1, 2022 through January 30, 2023, an entrant may
legibly hand write their full name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O.
Box), date of birth, and valid e-mail address on a 3½” x 5” properly stamped
postcard and mail it with sufficient postage to: The Pepsi All In For Crunchtime
Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 490, Southfield, MI 48037. Mailin requests must be postmarked by January 30, 2023 and received by February
10, 2023. Administrator will send one (1) Promo Code per Mail-In Request by email to the e-mail address provided on the request. There is a limit of one (1)
Mail-in Request per outer-mailing envelope per day during the Promotion Period.
Multiple mail-in requests with the same postmark date will be deemed one (1)
request. Mail-in requests will not be returned and no further correspondence will
be entered into. Mail-in requests must be original and hand-written. No
mechanical reproductions are allowed.
ii. Online Promo Code Request: To obtain a Promo Code without making a
purchase from 12:00 AM ET on February 1, 2023 to 11:59:59 PM ET on February
14, 2023, an entrant may use the Promo Code W96BWNHMBWLW.
