Chase Bank has announced an exciting promotion for the month of May called the “Month of More.” This promotion will give Chase cardholders the opportunity to redeem their Ultimate Rewards points at increased rates.
If you have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card, you can redeem your Ultimate Rewards points for Apple products at a rate of 1.5 cents per point. Sapphire Preferred and Ink Preferred cardholders can redeem their points for Apple products at a rate of 1.25 cents per point. And for those with a Freedom or other no-annual-fee card, you can redeem your points for Apple products at a rate of 1.1 cents per point. This is great news for those who have been disappointed by the recent discontinuation of Pay Yourself Back at 1.5 cents per point.
In addition to Apple products, Chase is also offering a discount on select gift cards. You can redeem your Ultimate Rewards points for select gift cards at a 10-15% discount. One of the most interesting deals is the Home Depot gift card at a 10% discount. There are also a few other popular brands like Chipotle, Gap, and Applebee’s included in this promotion.
But that’s not all! Chase is also offering increased shopping portal rates on select brands. You can earn 5% cash back on purchases made at Walmart and Sam’s Club, and 10% cash back on purchases made at Nike and Lowe’s, among other brands. To compare rates, it’s always a good idea to check out cashback shopping portals before making a purchase.
