Capital One Quicksilver is offering a targeted welcome bonus that doubles the cash back earning rate to 3% for the first year of card membership. The regular public offer is for $200 with a cash back rate of 1.5%.

There is another targeted offer for a $300 cash bonus.
If you’re able to get the double cash back offer, you will earn an unlimited 3% your first year but this excludes purchases made on Capital One Travel. You will still get 5% cash back on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Travel.
The card has no annual fee and normally earns 1.5% cash back on every purchase.

Bottom Line
This is a nicer offer for high spenders, but you might need to try several times using your browser’s incognito mode.
The Capital One Quicksilver Cash Rewards Credit Card is probably not the first card you should look at, especially since Capital One does three hard pulls on your credit report. There are other Capital One cards, like Venture and Venture X, that you might want to check out first.
