Eligibility Requirements:

• A new Free Checking account is required, and all other Broadway Bank checking accounts are excluded.
• Excludes closed and reopened Free Checking accounts.
• Excludes existing Free Checking accounts.
• Existing customers are eligible for the promotional incentive if they currently, or within the previous 12 months, are not a primary signer on a personal Checking account with Broadway Bank.
• Broadway Bank employees and directors are ineligible to participate in this incentive.

Incentive Requirements:

• Within 90 days of account opening, a monthly recurring direct deposit of at least $1,500 and a cumulative spend of $1,500 on the debit card attached to the free checking account is required to qualify for the incentive.
• Qualifying Direct Deposit (as defined below) of $1,500 or greater in a single transaction must be received into the new free checking account within 90 days of opening the account.
• Qualifying Direct Deposits are defined as deposits from a customer’s employer, payroll, or benefits provider via ACH deposit. Confirm with your employer or the agency or company making these payments that they use the ACH network and payments are clearly identified with the entity name.
• Deposits that are not from an employer (such as check deposits; P2P transfers such as from PayPal or Venmo, etc.; merchant transactions such as from PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc.; and bank ACH transfers not from employers) credit card cash advance transfers, pre-paid card cash advances, bank card credits, credits made from mobile payment services or person-to-person payment applications, reimbursements, refunds, claim proceeds, loan proceeds, merchant credits, escrow funds, charge backs, wire transfers, transfers from one account to another or deposits made at a branch or ATM do not qualify for this promotion.
• Qualifying debit card purchases include PIN and signature Point of Sale purchases and online purchases.
• ATM withdrawals and debit card cash advances do not qualify for this promotion.

Incentive Payment:

• Within 90 days of meeting the incentive requirements, $300 will be deposited to the new Free Checking account if it is opened online.
• Within 90 days of meeting the incentive requirements, $150 will be deposited to the new Free Checking account if it is opened in the Financial Center or with the Client Service Center.
• The incentive payment could be subject to IRS reporting on a 1099-MISC.
