American Express Gold Card is offering some customers a higher bonus offer of 90,000 points for those signing up through a referral link.

Select American Express customers are presented with a 90,000 bonus points offer via referral links. Typically, when a new customer receives a referral link from a friend or family member, they will be taken to the standard offer, which typically is 60,000 points.
It has been reported that if you try multiple times or use a VPN, a different browser, or a different IP address, you may get the targeted offer.

Bottom Line
The best public offer we’ve seen for this card is a 75,000 welcome bonus. It would be great if you can get the targeted offer for 90,000 points.
