Wells Fargo has launched two new credit cards, the Choice Privileges Select Mastercard and the Choice Privileges Mastercard. The cards offer sign-up bonuses, earning rates, and automatic elite status, with the Choice Privileges Select Mastercard offering a higher sign-up bonus and Platinum Elite Status.
The Choice Privileges Select Mastercard offers a sign-up bonus of 90,000 Choice Privileges points after spending $3,000 in qualifying purchases during the first three months. This card has an annual fee of $95, but it is waived for the first year.
The card earns 10X points on stays at participating Choice hotels, 5X points on qualifying purchases at gas stations, grocery stores, home improvement stores, and phone plans, and 1X points on all other purchases. Additionally, cardholders receive automatic Platinum Elite Status and 20 Elite night credits.
The other option is the Choice Privileges Mastercard, which offers a sign-up bonus of 60,000 Choice Privileges Points after spending $1,000 in qualifying purchases during the first three months.
This card earns 5X points on stays at participating Choice hotels, 3X points on qualifying purchases at gas stations, grocery stores, home improvement stores, and phone plans, and 1X points on all other purchases. Cardholders also receive automatic Gold Elite Status and 10 Elite night credits.
