Visio Lending is a hard money lender that offers single-rental, blanket and bridge loans for permanent rentals, transitional rentals and vacations rentals. Available loan products include the Rental360, vacation rental lending program, and the commercial property loan program.
Qualification is based on property cash flow. Visio doesn’t look at your personal income to determine eligibility. Rather, the lender considers the monthly cash flow generated by the property compared to the debt using a metric called Debt-Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR).
