Fine Print

• Only one offer of each per eligible customer and household per 12-month period.
• Account opening and other transactional requirements must be met.
• All bonuses will be paid within 60 calendar days of verification that the requirements have been satisfied for each offer.
• 1. To receive the $150 bonus, you must open a new Home Town Premier Checking or Home Town Free Checking, with Direct Deposit.
  • Direct Deposit must be the entire amount from a recurring Payroll, Social Security, and/or Pension (minimum of $500 monthly Direct Deposit).
  • Direct Deposit must be completed within 45 calendar days from the date that the account was opened.
  • Minimum of $50 to open a Checking Account.
  • Home Town Premier Checking: $5 Monthly Service Charge.
    • Monthly service charge is waived if there is a reoccurring direct deposit as described above or a monthly average collected balance of $500.
    • Minimum daily collected balance of $500 to earn an Annual Percentage Yield (APY).
    • APY is 0.01%, current as of 2/01/2024, and subject to change at any time.
    • The rate may change after the account is opened.
    • Fees may reduce earnings.
  • Home Town Free Checking: Does not earn interest.
• 2. To receive the $150 bonus, you must open a new Home Town Investment Checking Account with a minimum of $20,000 in new money and maintain a minimum balance of $20,000 for 60 days.
  • Home Town Investment Checking: $25 monthly service charge.
    • Monthly service charge is waived if there is a reoccurring direct deposit as described above or a monthly average collected balance of $20,000.
• To receive the $150 bonus, you must open a new Savings Account with a minimum of $10,000 in new money and maintain a minimum balance of $10,000 for 90 days.
  • A minimum deposit of $50.00 is required to open a Home Town Savings account.
