About The Offer
Timing: Between 12:00 AM ET 1/25/23 and 11:59 PM ET 2/28/23, purchase qualifying Pepsi®, Mtn Dew® or Starry™, products at participating Circle K® stores and, at checkout use the Circle K Lift Tool to enter your phone number while making the qualified purchase. (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the United States living in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WV throughout the Sweepstakes Period who is 18 years or older [19 in AL, 21 in MS] and have a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID at the time of entry.
Rewards
To Earn Yards: To receive one (1) Yard, an eligible participant must, during the Promotion Period, purchase either a 20oz Pepsi® product, a 20oz Mtn Dew® product, or a 20oz Starry™ product in-store at a participating Circle K Store between 1/25/2023 and 2/28/2023 in a single transaction (“Qualifying Purchase). Each Qualifying Purchase automatically gives participant one (1) Yard. At checkout, use the Lift Tool and enter your phone number while making the Qualifying Purchase to be able to view the total number of Yards that have been earned throughout the Promotion Period and if any Rewards are available to redeem based on the number of Yards that have been earned. Check with your wireless service provider for details on any applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. Message and data rates may apply. Not all smartphone providers carry the service necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes. Entrants should consult their wireless providers’ pricing plans.
How to Redeem Rewards with Yards: Participants will be prompted via their Lift Tool once they have enough available Yards earned to be able to redeem a Reward. Participants may only redeem each Reward once throughout the Promotion Period. There are a limited number of Rewards available. If Rewards become unavailable, they will no longer be shown as an option via the Lift Tool.
