Bottom Line
Citi’s new AT&T Points Plus Card comes with a $100 bonus for signing up. Even for a card with no annual fee, that’s not a very exciting deal.
You could earn up to $240 in credits each year, which is pretty nice. But each billing cycle, you have to spend $1,000 to get $20 back.
