Individuals who purchased JUUL Products in the United States before December 7, 2022, from retail stores, online stores, or the JUUL website can submit a claim.
The deadline for submitting claims is July 14, 2023, either online or by postmark. Claims received after the deadline will not be accepted. The payment amount will depend on the total spent on JUUL purchases.

Documention
- Claims over $300 in combined purchases require supporting documentation.
- Documentation is not required for purchases made on the JUUL website.
- Acceptable documentation includes clear and readable copies of receipts, voided checks, bank statements, or other relevant documents.
- Documentation will not be returned.
- If you don’t provide documentation initially, you will receive instructions via email on how to upload it later.
- Claims without documentation will be limited to $300.
- Uploaded documents must be less than 20 MB in size and in specific formats.
- If unable to upload documents electronically, a printed Claim Form and documentation must be mailed to the Settlement Administrator.

How to File Online:
- If you received a Notice, use the Unique ID and PIN provided to populate your Claim with recorded JUUL website purchases. Contact the Settlement Administrator if you need assistance or file without a Unique ID and PIN.
- Estimate the amount of your purchases from retail stores or online retailers (excluding the JUUL website) while filling out the Claim Form.
- After submitting your completed claim online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a code. Keep this email for reference.
How to File by Mail:
- Download the paper Claim Form and fill it out with legible information. Sign and date the form.
- Mail the completed Claim Form and any supporting documentation to the Settlement Administrator at the provided address.
- Keep copies of everything you submit, as your claim may be audited, and additional information may be requested for processing.
