How Fresh Meal Plan Works
Fresh Meal Plan is a meal plan delivery service that caters to a variety of dietary lifestyles and preferences. Meals are always fresh – never frozen – and contains balanced proteins, vegetables and complex carbohydrates. Simply reheat and your meal is ready to eat.
Registration is easy and straightforward. After creating your profile, simple choose the meals you want for the week. Fresh Meal Plan will ship every Thursday, so you should get your package by Saturday at the latest.
Menus are quite extensive, with over 500 dishes to choose from, and rotate weekly. Meals are conveniently organized into the following categories:
Traditional Meals
These meals don’t cater to any particular dietary need or preference. They’re carefully balanced to contain all the protein, carbs and fat you need. Each serving is about 500 calories, which should be sufficient for most people. Examples of Traditional Meals include Chicken Parmesan, Turkey Bolognese, Salmon Cake Santorini and Steakhouse Sirloin Steak Sandwich.
Vegetarian Meals
This is your menu if you don’t eat meat or prefer plant-based meals. Each serving has between 250 to 350 calories. Examples of Vegetarian Meals include Vegan Spinach Mushroom and Roasted Tomato Frittata, Cinnamon French Toast and Plant-Based Burgers.
Lean and Mean Meals
These meals are designed for bodybuilders, with higher amounts of protein and fewer complex carbs and fats. They provide enough nutrients to maintain muscle mass, but also enough calories to fuel everyday activities. Please note, this menu does not rotate weekly. Examples of Lean and Mean Meals include Sirloin Burger with Sweet Potatoes, Basil Grilled Chicken, Steak and Veggies, and Blackened Grilled Chicken.
Ketogenic Meals
Ketogenic Meals contain more fat (from healthy sources), a healthy amount of proteins, and very low carbs. This combination is meant to encourage your body to use fat as an energy source while preserving your health overall. Examples of Ketogenic Meals include All-American Keto Breakfast, Home and Cheese Omelet, and Turkey Marsala.
Paleo Meals
These meals also feature low carbs, but most meals have higher amounts of lean protein and healthy fats, as well as nuts and seeds as essential fatty acids sources. That said, the Paleo diet is not as restrictive as Keto, so you’ll have more variety while limiting your daily intake of carbs. Examples of Paleo Meals include Kale and Avocado Omelet, Steak and Egg Breakfast Bowl, Kung Pao Chicken, and Fire-Grilled Pork with Mushroom Gravy.
A La Carte Meals
Want to have more control over your meals? This menu lets you make-your-own combinations of protein and veggies. Choose from animal, fish or plant-based proteins, like Grass-Fed Bison Burgers, Grilled Chicken Breasts, and Beyond Meat Burgers. Then, pair it with sides, like Sautéed Brussels Sprouts, Jasmine Rice, and Mashed Sweet Potatoes. Please note, A La Carte Meals are not included in subscription plans (more on that below).
Bottom Line
Fresh Meal Plan provides high-quality meals that cater to specific dietary lifestyle and needs. Unique to the service are their A La Carte Meals, where you can customize your entree, meat and side combinations.
