VOID in the states of NJ & WA , OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Limit: one (1) entry per day, per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
Prizes
One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive $5000 and will be selected randomly at the end of the Sweepstakes. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize is $5000.
Fifty-nine (59) Instant win prizes will be awarded. Each instant win prize winner will receive an electronic gift card that represents their chosen self-care category (food, fun, fitness or focus). One Instant win prize will be awarded each day during the Sweepstakes Period. Instant win prizes are randomly generated throughout each category throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each instant win prize is $100.
Daily prize categories include:
-Fitness: Fitness Class gift card for services across multiple gyms and studios in your area. (ARV: $100)
-Focus: Health and Wellness App Subscription (ARV: $100)
-Food: Fresh Food and Delivery Meal Service Gift Card (ARV: $100)
-Fun: Local Activity Experience Gift Card (ARV: $100)
Alcoholic beverages are not part of any prize. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual retail value will not be awarded. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $10,900.
