Capital One and BJ’s Wholesale Club are launching two new personal credit cards and a business card designed for club members. The cards will go live on February 27, 2023. More details below.
About The Cards
BJ’s Wholesale Club just launched their new credit cards in partnership with Capital One and Mastercard. Members have a choice between BJ’s One Mastercard, BJ’s One+ Mastercard, or BJ’s Business Elite Mastercard.
Starting February 27, 2023, you can start using your new Mastercard and enjoy the following perks:
- In-club earnings: BJ’s One+ Mastercard (previously BJ’s Perks Elite) cardholders will earn 5% back in rewards on most BJ’s purchases, while BJ’s One Mastercard (previously BJ’s Perks Plus) cardholders will earn 3% back in rewards. Redeeming rewards has never been easier – once you reach $10 in rewards, you can redeem your entire balance, and the best part? Your rewards never expire!
- Gas discount: Fill up at BJ’s Gas with your BJ’s One+ Mastercard and receive a 15 cents per gallon discount. BJ’s One Mastercard cardholders will continue to receive a 10 cents per gallon discount.
- Out-of-club earnings: Make the most out of your spending outside BJ’s clubs. BJ’s One+ Mastercard cardholders will earn 2% back in rewards, and BJ’s One Mastercard cardholders will earn 1.5% back in rewards.

Bottom Line
This is a nice enhancement of the BJ’s rewards program. Club members, your old cards will stop working from February 27, 2023.
