How to earn it:
- Open any new Associated Bank checking account, in person or online.
- Have direct deposits totaling $500 or more put into your new checking account within 90 days of opening your account.
- Grow your bonus by adding funds to your checking or other deposit accounts. You’ll get your bonus within 120 days.

Associated Balance Checking: $9 monthly maintenance fee (waived for the first two statement cycles). Avoid the monthly maintenance fee:

- Direct deposit or Associated SnapDeposit™ a total of $500 or more per statement cycle OR
- Hold $2,500 in combined deposit accounts with same statement cycle date or the presence of either an HSA or investment account.
Associated Choice Checking: $25 monthly maintenance fee (waived for the first two statement cycles). Avoid the monthly maintenance fee:
- Hold $10,000 in combined deposit accounts with same statement cycle or the presence of either an HSA or investment account.

Receive up to a $600 bonus with a minimum opening deposit and recurring direct deposits totaling $500 or more within 90 days.
Person-to-person payments and transfers from existing or external accounts do not count as qualifying direct deposits.
Bonus amount determined by average daily balance for days 31-90: $1,000-$4,999.99 earns $300, $5,000-$9,999.99 earns $400, $10,000 and over earns $600.
All personal Associated Bank deposit accounts are considered in the balance calculation.
Business, HSA, investment, minor, and private banking accounts are not eligible.
Bonus will be deposited within 120 days of account opening and account must remain open for 12 months.
Offer limited to one per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
