This promotion is available for Coach class travel on most routes across the country, as well as Acela Business Class.

In addition, Amtrak is committed to sustainability, as it is 46% more energy efficient than car travel and 34% more energy efficient than domestic air travel. - Valid for travel on all services except Pacific Surfliner Trains, Pacific Surfliner Temporary Chartered Vehicles and 7000-8999 Thruway Buses.
- Valid for (1) one 50pct off companion rail fare with the purchase of one (1) rail fare.
- Valid in Coach and Acela Business Class only, no upgrades permitted.
