How Does Shipt Work?

The process is quite simple. Order from the Shipt website or mobile app and choose a preferred delivery time, usually a one-hour window. You can add special notes in the delivery field like, “Text me when you arrive.”

Once you submit your order a Shipt shopper will go to the local grocery store to pick out your items. If an item is out of stock, your shopper will text you and ask to substitute for another brand. All you have to do is reply “Yes” or “No” via text message.

Your groceries are then delivered to your door. If you want, your shopper can even drop off your purchases directly in your kitchen.

Shipt is a good solution for those that can’t make time to go food shopping. Members also love the service because:
