How To Earn The Bonus
1. Open A New Business Checking Account
Visit a local branch and open one of the following:
- Economy Business Checking
- Performance Commercial Checking
Your opening deposit must consist of new money and cannot come from an existing La Capitol account.
2. Deposit Additional New Money
Within 30 days of enrollment, deposit at least $5,000 in additional new money into the account.
3. Maintain The Required Balance For 90 Days
Keep your daily balance at or above:
- $5,000 for Economy Business Checking
- $25,000 for Performance Commercial Checking
If the balance falls below the required minimum during the 90-day qualification period, you will not receive the bonus.
4. Complete 5 Qualifying Transactions
Within 60 days of account opening, complete at least five qualifying transactions such as:
- Debit card purchases
- Online purchases
- ACH credits
- Bill payments
- Incoming or outgoing wire transfers
The following do not qualify:
- ACH debits
- Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Google Pay transfers
