Eligibility: The “Back to School Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) at time of entry.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 am Central Time (“CT”) on August 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on September 10, 2023

- Two Ways to Enter:
- Online Entry:
- Visit https://kohls2023sweeps.com/
- Fill out the entry form with full name, phone number, and email.
- Completing the form doesn’t confirm entry receipt.
- Agreement to official rules and Kohl’s terms is necessary.
- Sponsor may use your name/email for future promotions as per privacy policy.
- “Invite a Friend” Additional Entry:
- Receive up to 5 extra entries.
- Share Sweepstakes via email, Instagram, or Twitter with eligible friends.
- Friend must click the provided link and enter the Sweepstakes.
- Sharing alone doesn’t grant additional entry.
- Obtain friend’s consent before sharing.

- Mail-in Entry:
- Handwrite details on a 3″x5″ card.
- Include name, mailing address (with zip code), email (if any), and daytime phone number.
- Mail in a business size (#10) envelope to the provided address.
- Entries must be postmarked by September 10, 2023, and received by September 17, 2023.
- No reproductions accepted; entries become Sponsor’s property.
- Sponsor and Administrator not responsible for postage due mail.
- Entry Limits:
- Maximum of 6 entries per Sweepstakes Period during the Promotion Period.
- A “day” starts at 12:00:00 AM (midnight) CT and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT.
- First day (8/1/23) starts at 12:00:01 AM CT and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT.
- Entries must adhere to the official rules.
- Entry Submission:
- Once submitted, entries belong to Sponsor and cannot be modified by Entrant.
- Excessive participation or automated methods lead to disqualification.
- Online entries must be manually entered; automation is prohibited.
- License to Use Entry:
- By submitting an Entry, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable license to use and make derivative works from the Entry.
- Sponsor may use the Entry for advertising, promotion, and publicity.
- Potential winner must provide necessary documents upon request.
