- Eligibility: Small businesses operating in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.
- Business Requirements:
- Established for at least one (1) year
- No more than 99 W-2 employees (including owners)
- For-profit business or 501(c)(3) nonprofit
- Lawfully registered and currently active
- Not a winner of this program in the past two (2) years
- Total Prizes: Twelve (12)
- Prize ARV (Each): $39,308
