About The Contest
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older at time of entry
Timing: The Instant Win Program begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 2/1/2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 4/23/2023 or when all Instant Win prizes have been awarded, whichever is earlier (“Instant Win Period”). The Regional Prize Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 2/1/2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 4/14/2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Grand Prize Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 2/1/2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 4/10/2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Prizes
Instant Win Prizes (12): A maximum of twelve (12) Instant Win prizes will be randomly awarded during the Promotion Period. Each Instant Win prize consists of Heineken merchandise items as solely determined and designated by Sponsor including: one (1) Heineken wireless headphones and one (1) Heineken water bottle with wireless speaker. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any merchandise item(s) with an alternate prize of approximate equal or greater value in its sole discretion, based upon availability. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each instant win prize: $100. Total ARV of all available Instant Win prize awards: $1,200.
Grand Prize (1): One (1) grand prize will be awarded for weekend #2 of Coachella. The grand prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for two (2) people to the Sponsor designated airport (i.e. LAX) servicing the Los Angeles, CA area (Friday, 4/21/2023 – Monday, 4/24/2023); hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy—for three (3) nights (4/21/2023 – 4/24/2023); two (2) VIP 3-day tickets to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival for weekend #2 (4/21/2023 – 4/23/2023); two shuttle passes for transportation between hotel/Coachella, front of the line access to the Heineken House at Coachella, and one (1) $500 gift card. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of issuing gift card provider policy. ARV of grand prize: $4,000.
Regional Prize #1 – General Admission (2): Two (2) regional prize #1 – General Admission will be awarded for weekend #1 of Coachella. Each regional prize #1 – General Admission consists of: two (2) General Admission 3-day tickets to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival for weekend #1 (4/14/2023 – 4/16/2023), one (1) $250 gift card towards travel stipend, and one (1) $200 Uber.com gift card. Each gift card subject to the terms and conditions of issuing gift card provider. ARV of each regional prize #1 – General Admission award: $1,250. Total ARV of all available regional prize #1 – General Admission: $2,500.
Winners of regional prize #1 shall be selected from all eligible entries received from among residents of AZ, CA and NV as of date and time of drawing on or about 4/7/2023.
Regional Prize #2 – General Admission (2): Two (2) regional prize #2 – General Admission will be awarded for weekend #2 of Coachella. Each regional prize #2 – General Admission consists of: two (2) General Admission 3-day tickets to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival for weekend #2 (4/21/2023 – 4/23/2023), one (1) $250 gift card towards travel stipend, and one (1) $200 Uber.com gift card.
