Prizes
There is only one (1) prize available and only one (1) winner will be selected. The winner will receive a gift card preloaded with the amount of $5,000 (USD) and a one (1) year supply of Bako Sweet sweet potatoes, delivered to the address entered in the form, on a monthly – one (1) time per month – basis. One (1) year supply of Bako Sweet sweet potatoes means the amount of sweet potatoes than an individual consumer would reasonably consumer over the course of a year. Amount and determination of reasonable consumption of sweet potatoes that constitutes as a one (1) year supply, is subject to Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion and expert determination.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is Five Thousand One Hundred and Eighty United States Dollars ($5,180.00 USD).
