American Express and Square announced they will launch a new small business credit built specifically for Square sellers.
This will be the first credit card that Square offers to small business owners. It promises to integrate directly with Square’s larger ecosystem of solutions. This means that business owners can organize their finances and manage their cash flow on the same platform they use to run their businesses.
Card details and benefits will be announced next year.
The new Square Credit Card will be powered by i2c Inc. and issued by Celtic Bank. Eligible Square sellers in the United States will be able to apply for the card.
