Airbnb $30 And $300 Referral Bonuses

Once you have an Airbnb account open, you can start earning $30 or $300 bonuses per referral.

Refer a friend and earn up to $30 travel credit when they complete a first-time stay or experience. Your referrals will also earn credits for using your referral link to sign-up.
Refer a new host and earn $300 when they complete their first reservation.

Stay/Experience Referral Terms

Members can earn Travel Credits if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Airbnb account that complies with our Terms of Service; and (ii) the referred friend completes a Qualifying Reservation (as defined below).
The referring Member can not earn Travel Credits for any reservation which they host.
The referring Member will be credited with the Travel Credit amount(s) specified for each type of reservation in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials after the completion of the referred friend’s Qualifying Reservation.
A referral invitation may include offers for up to three types of Qualifying Reservations: a Qualifying Home Reservation, a Qualifying Experience Reservation, and/or Qualifying Hosting Reservation (collectively, “Qualifying Reservations”).
If the referred friend completes a Qualifying Home Reservation by booking and completing a home stay, the referring Member will receive the Travel Credit amount specified for the Qualifying Home Reservation, if any.
If the referred friend completes a Qualifying Experience Reservation by booking and attending an experience, the referring Member will receive the Travel Credit Amount specified for the Qualifying Experience Reservation, if any.
If the referred friend completes a Qualifying Hosting Reservation by creating a listing and completing a booking, the referring Member will receive the Travel Credit Amount specified for the Qualifying Hosting Reservation, if any.
A referring Member can earn multiple Travel Credit amounts if the referred friend completes more than one type of Qualifying Reservation.
The maximum Travel Credit that can be earned per Member will be $5,000 USD total in respect of Qualifying Home Reservations and Qualifying Hosting Reservations and $2,000 USD in respect of Qualifying Experience Reservations (or its local equivalent* if we support it) made by referred friends, unless indicated otherwise in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.

Host Referral Terms

The Airbnb Host Referral Program (“Program”) permits select, invited eligible members to earn money (see Payment section below) by referring to Airbnb first time, new Hosts (“Referred Hosts”) who create listings or activate existing listings for the first time and successfully complete bookings.
A “Completed” booking is a booking that is accepted by the Referred Host and paid for by the Guest and which is not cancelled by either the Guest or the Referred Host at any time before or after the scheduled check-in for such booking.
Referred Hosts will be attributed upon Referring Host’s invite.
Referring Hosts can only get Payment for the first 25 Referred Hosts (i.e., the first 25 Hosts they Referred under this Referral Program) who Complete their first booking in line with these Terms.
To participate, Referring Hosts must agree to these Terms.
The Program may not be combined with other Airbnb referral programs or incentives.
By participating in the Program, you forfeit your ability to earn promotional coupon credits (“Travel Credits”) via other Airbnb referral programs for Referred Hosts. When you refer a Referred Host, the Host will see your Airbnb listing and profile on the landing page for your Referral Link.
