You can claim one of the payouts below.
No Proof of Purchase – Eligible for $15 cash per Household
You are eligible to receive $3 per purchased product for a maximum payment of up to $15 if you elect to receive the Cash Payment and do not have any proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
With Proof of Purchase – Eligible for $45 cash per Household
You are eligible to receive $3 per purchased product for a maximum payment of up to $45 if you elect to receive the Cash Payment and have proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
