I have tried to set up an account since March 20,2021 and something gone wrong. I could not verify my ID. But I deposited $300 to account. Monday evening at about 6 PM someone named Nailya (CoinSmart)send me email, requesting my ID, Selfi with my ID and date on as well as government document to prove my address.
I have send all document Mart 23 2021 and hoping to start to coinsmart, no way to complete my registration. How can I get any help from coinsmart or where can I get my money back? This company is not real.
