If you bought any of the following Celsius products between January 1, 2015, and November 23, 2022: Celsius beverage, Celsius Heat, Celsius BCAA+Energy, Celsius with Stevia, Celsius On-The-Go powdered drinks, or Flo Fusion powdered drinks, you are eligible to claim a settlement of $1 for each individual can or $5 for every package of 14 powdered drinks.
The settlement amount you can receive can range from $20-$40 without needing to provide proof of purchase, or up to $250-$500 if you have proof of purchase. The final settlement amount will be determined based on the total number of claims received.
