Earn a $20 cash bonus for every new investor you refer and a $5,000 cash bonus for every new founder you refer. To participate, you need to register to the StartEngine referral program and link your PayPal account.
For investor referrals, you can refer up to 250 friends for a total of $5,000 in cash rewards. There is no limit to how many founders you can refer.

StartEngine For Investors
One side of StartEngine gives investors easy access to early-stage startups and growth-stage companies. Pick from a wide range of investment opportunities in high-potential and ordinary industries, from renewable energy and space exploration to craft beverages and home automation.
To help you make fully-informed investment decisions, all company profiles on StartEngine cover the company valuation, number of investors, price per share, presentation decks, and other important details. Besides the above, features include:

Signing up, choosing startups, and investing in them is free, but you may have to pay a transaction fee, which is determined by the company you invest in. The minimum amount of investment is $100, and the platform is open to both accredited and non-accredited investors.
With Startup Secondary, investors can actively trade shares in private companies that originally raised funds through StartEngine. You can buy shares without any cost, but you will have to pay a 5% transaction fee upon selling.

Founders can choose from two investment options:

StartEngine charges 7% of what you raised, plus an additional 2% of what you raised in equity. There’s also a $10,000 fee in deferred revenue that StartEngine collects when the offering is complete.
