Here’s how Parsley Health’s holistic approach to health works:

1. Health Bio. Get started by completing your Parsley Health profile. Answer questions about your current symptoms and your medical history. The health bio covers diet, exercise habits, genetic profile, lifestyle choices, medical history and mental health.
2. Meet Your Team. For your first appointment, you’ll meet your doctor and the rest of your team for at least 75 minutes. That’s about four times the length of a typical doctor visit.
3. Health Plan. Your team will design a Parsley Health Plan to help you improve your health and resolve chronic conditions. The goal is to reduce your need for prescription pills and expensive specialists.
4. Track Your Progress. With the help of your team. Your Parsley Health membership works a lot like a gym membership. The more you use it, the more you’ll see results.
