Fine Print Concerning Their No Fee ATMs:
ATM surcharge rebates apply to cash withdrawals using the First Trade MasterMoney® Debit Card wherever it is accepted. First Trade makes its best effort to identify those ATM fees eligible for rebate. In the event that you have not received a rebate for a fee you believe is eligible, please contact Customer Service at 800-242-0272. ATM fees will be rebated at the end of each statement cycle. First Trade reserves the right to modify or discontinue the ATM surcharge rebate at any time. Excludes international exchange fees.

I would caution anyone who opens an account at this institution to understand that they have no branches or ATMs. If you bank with them you are dependent on other financial institutions networks and equipment.
FTUB offers online mobile banking apps but they cannot support them internally and must depend on their service providers.
On Tuesday eve downloaded and installed their mobile app to make a remote deposit – it would not process the deposit. I initially called called customer service more than 30 hours ago … they have been slow to respond. They app still doesn’t work and I cannot make a remote deposit with my phone.
Only after my prompting for alternatives the bank has offered solutions like use a shared ATM or mail in the check or use the online banking to link external accounts … none of which are quick solutions.
So unless you are located close to their branch or ATM be careful …
Tom, thanks for the insight.
