When you refer Essential Checking or Rewards Checking to a friend, Axos will deposit $50 into their new account – and yours too.

- Once your friend adds funds to their new Essential Checking or Rewards Checking, Axos will deposit $50 into your account and theirs.

Fine Print
- To qualify for the $50, your friend must meet the following Refer-a-Friend requirements:
- Open a new Essential Checking or Rewards Checking account using your unique referral link
- Receive at least $1,000 in direct deposit funding within 90 days of opening new Essential Checking or Rewards Checking account
- Must be new funds to receive Refer-a-Friend credit. New Funds is defined as funds that did not originate from another Axos Bank account. The $50 Referral gift will be deposited into your account within 7 business days of your statement cycle end once your referred friend meets eligibility requirements. Refer-a-Friend gift may be taxable as interest income and reported on IRS Form 1099-INT. Please consult your tax advisor.
- Customers will not earn a referral bonus if they refer themselves. Customers will not earn multiple bonuses if they open multiple accounts with Axos Bank.
- A referred friend will not earn a referral bonus if they have or had an existing funded Axos account, is declined, or does not use the unique referral link provided by the eligible referrer.
- Axos Bank reserves the right to limit each customer to one new account-related gift incentive per calendar year. Account must remain open for 90 days or an early closure fee of $50 may apply.
